The Swiss Music Night  音樂瑞士之夜

An intercultural bridge between Switzerland and Taiwan

since 2013

The Swiss Music Night in Taiwan is a project founded in collaboration with the Trade Office of Swiss Industries TOSI in Taipei in 2013 and is realized with partners in Taiwan and Switzerland to foster the cultural exchange between the two countries.

The Swiss Music Night is a platform to bring outstanding musicians from Switzerland in collaboration with Taiwanese orchestras and musicians.

With the experience of this collaborations the Swiss Music Night projects have a positive effect to the perception and the knowledge of the musical activities in both countries, and foster further collaborations between the participants.

After highly acclaimed concerts in the major cities in Taiwan (a.o. National Concert Hall in Taipei) and a fruitful collaboration with the National Taiwan Symphony Orchestra NTSO in 2016 and with the Tainan University of Arts TNNUA in 2017, the 2018 and 2019 editions were featuring contemporary Swiss Folk Music.

The editions 2020 and 2022 were presenting again distinguished musicians in the field of classical music.

It is our pleasure to present this year the 10 years jubilee edition 2023 with an encounter of highly celebrated classical musicians from Switzerland and Taiwan.
